Finally by Wendy Mass

"Finally" by Wendy Mass is a book about turning 12. Rory, the main character has just turned 12 and she is very exited. Why? Rory has very over protective parents. Whenever Rory asks to get something or do something on her own, like walking to school or getting a cellphone her parents would always say; when your 12 you can do that. Well, for Rory the age 12 has arrived. She is very exited for everything she can now do. But when her wishes start to come true they aren't very desirable anymore. Starting with when she gets a cellphone. Rory is oblivious to the fact that her phone number used to be the phone number to a pizza place called Papa Johns, until she gets many calls from angry people trying to get some pizza! Although that sounds bad, things get worse! when she gathers the courage for it, Rory is very exited to get her ears pierced. No later than five minuets have passed when Rory's ears start to swell up. That isn&#0 39;t all that swells up! when she finally gets to go to the mall by herself with her best friend annabelle, they decide to get a makeover. Turns out Rory is very allergic to the all natural product they use in the makeovers, so her face swells up as well! And when you think it can't get any worse-it does! Annabelle convinces Rory she should shave her legs. When she does she ends up cutting her leg and getting a ton of blisters. This book not only is action filled but you can relate too. Wouldn't you like to do these things as a 12 year old?

Wendy Mass's "Finally", is a fantastic book. It's relatable and keeps you wanting to read on. If you haven't read it already I highly recommend that you do!!!
