Gunn's Golden Rules, by Tim Gunn

Gunn's Golden Rules is a series of lessons and anecdotes from Tim. Through these he gives you advice on how to 'Make it Work' in life's everyday situations. ('Make it Work' is Tim Gunn's catch-phrase.) I LOVED the book! I learned a lot about Tim's past, the writing is also very good. I enjoyed hearing his opinions on more than just fashion.

I would recommend this book to anyone who loves Project Runway. I also would recommend it to anyone who loves fashion, or just needs a little advice in life. I would not recommend Gunn's Golden Rules to anyone who has never heard of Tim Gunn. While it is a fantastic book you will not really get a kick out of it unless you are a Tim Gunn fan.

Deza Malone is an intelligent and kind girl. She always gets called last when getting a graded assighnment (last means best.). Deza's favorite birthday present was a dictionary and thesaurus. For the last report of the year, Deza wrote 6 pages instead of 2. But this year, she was not the best. Her best friend, Clarise Anne Jhonson was first. Deza does not appreciate getting an 'A-'. After school, Deza is asked to talk with Mrs. Needham. Deza asks many questions about why not getting her usual grade, but then ends up getting Mrs. Needham's nieces's clothes, which were the preetiest clothes Deza has ever seen.

The Scorch Trials By James Dashner

If you read and loved the first book, The Maze Runner, this one could make you cry. It made me cry inside. Like my heart was deflating. I shipped them so much. Anyways, a lot goes on, and it's an emotional roller coaster, you feel hopeful one second, and it deflates quickly. The book is really good, and you should read this as soon as possible.

No Talking: Andrew Clements

This book is a fantastic book or any age kids. It's about 2 kids named Dave Packer and Lynsey Burgess who decide to play a version of the quiet game. They have been the loudest class for a long time and now since they aren't as loud the teachers know something is going on.
Read this book if you want to find out who wins the quiet game and just because this is a fantastic book.

Crossing the Delaware\ Arlan Dean

This book is about George Washington and the difficulties that him and his group of soldiers went through, and how everything happened in the battle, how everything started in the battle, and how everything ended. And at the end, George Washington said this:
"This is the turning point, men." ... "We have been chased by the British for too long. This is our country. We have earned the right to be free. Yet we will have to continue our fight to be free. Freedom is worth dying for. Without freedom there is nothing at all!" ... "Together we will win this war for America! Join me now for these reasons. Reenlist and send a message to England that we have just begun to fight. The king must know that we will fight!"
I thought this was an empowering speech.

Legend (The Graphic Novel) by:Marie Lu

The graphic novel for Legend is awesome, but I suggest reading the book first. If you read the graphic novel first it gives everything away. But overall it is really good. It is about a girl -June- who is a military prodigy and about a boy - Day- a criminal that is not an actual criminal. It is very mysterious, partly romantic book. I suggest this book to anyone that is into mystery books. Rate= 5 star.*****
