Alex Rider: Scorpia Rising by Anthony Horowitz

Alex Rider, the 14 year old spy working for MI6, Is due for another mission, in Egypt. He has to spy on a man named Erik Gunter to see if he is a threat or not. Along the way, Alex encounters an exact lookalike of him who does not like Alex because he has his face, not to mention he killed his father on a past mission. Meanwhile, at Cairo College, the U.S secretary of state is making a talk that is offensive to the british, because she is talking about how bad the oil spill was. Alex has to protect the secretary of state from the same lookalike as before.
