If I Stay by Gale Forman

In this sad book, a teen girl and her family, go out, and get in a car accident. She does not remember anything besides waking up and watching as her body is taken out of the wreckage. She continues in the story as a spirit outside of her body. Much like the old film Ghost. She sees how her loved ones react to all of this as her body lay on a hospital bed in a coma. She comes to the realization, that she decides if she stays or goes, she lays out the pros and cons, and in the end makes a decision that will either lead her to her parents, and her brother, or leads her to her boyfriend, waiting for her to wake up. If you wanna know what she picks, read the book, I RECOMEND IT.
