Hate List By Jennifer Brown

This book is really good, it's about a girl mentally and physically recovering after her boyfriend opens fire on the school. Valerie took a bullet for a girl who bullied her throughout high school, but only because she wanted to stop Nick. When Nick realizes he shot her, he kills himself. Valerie shows you the Nick she knew and loved, and the Nick that opened fire on the school. While I read this book, I kept wishing that the good Nick had faked his death and was still alive.
