Elvis and the Underdogs by Jenny Lee

This book is about a boy named Benji who is trying to be normal. After seeing a boy get bullied by the school bully, Benji gets a seizure. Then he goes into the hospital and now has to wear a giant green helmet, or a therpy dog, which not only protects him but also can talk to him. But that's when Benji learns the bad news. Elivis was actually the presidents dog. After 3 days elvis has to leave and go live with the president.
