This book is about a boy named Jax who is a basketball player for a team. After Jax accidentally hypnotisyed a player, his power go's out of control. Then he meets Dr. Mako, who says he can help Jax control his powers, but lies. After he threatens his family and Jax to make the mayor win the election for president, or his parents will die, or get seriously hurt.
