Spy X: The Code by Peter Lerangis

Andrew and Evie are used to moving. Their dad is is the military, and has to shift positions every so often. Their mom works for the government intelligence, and is gone away on a mission for 10 months. On their 11th birthday, they receive a mysterious package containing a key that can change shape for every lock, and a telescope. They find out that their neighbor, Mrs. Digitalis, is a spy too. she shows them some spy tricks. Andrew uses some of the tactics on bullies at school to get his bike back. CHECK IT OUT
