Wonder is a 5 star book about Auggie, a kid with a facial deformity.
He starts middle school with no friends. Just some bullies and a maybe friend. As he goes throughout the school year, he gains friends, happiness, and an award at school.
Some characters to watch out for: Julian is not all that he seems. He may seem to be the bully, but if you think that he is all mean, read Auggie and Me. That's a good book with Julian's perspective in it. I still don't agree with Julian though.
Wonder is a good book for anyone.
