George by Alex Gino

I liked this book because it had a lot of heart. The main character, George is quiet and keeps to herself because shes worried about people finding out that George is a girl and her name is Melissa. She was born in the body of a boy but born in the heart as a girl. If I could be any character in the book I would be Melissa's best friend who even though she was slightly in shock about finding out George was Melissa, bounced right back and helped her friend let everyone know who she truly was.
