If you could rewrite one part of the story, what would you change?
Crown of Midnight is the second book in the Throne of Glass series and follows our main character Celaena Sardothien. In this book, Celaena won the king’s champion and now is the king's personal assassin. But she is not loyal to the crown and finds that there are others seeking justice against the king too. This book took a darker turn than the first book but is still as good, if not, better. Towards the middle end of the book, one of the side characters named Nehemia Ytger is brutally killed. She was a very beloved character and influences many of our main characters decisions. She is also one of my personal favorite characters because of her peaceful but rebellious approach on things. She also cares very much for the people of her kingdom. The scene where Nehemia dies is one I would rewrite and I would change the fact that Nehemia died even though she died for a good cause. Nehemia's death was a world shaking scene and is what I would change in the story. I rate this book 10/10 stars and recommend it to everyone who has read the first book!
