Throne of Glass is a fantasy novel about an 18 year old assassin named Celaena Sardothien who has been sent to be a slave in a salt mine. She is now competing to be the kings champion who is basically the king's assassin and she has many trials to go through and many people to compete against. I love how the aspect of magic and action plays out in the book. This book is really amazing and I would definitely recommend it. I would specifically recommend it to people who enjoy reading fantasy and high action novels. There is lots of magic and fictional creatures in this book, as well as action packed scenes. I also enjoyed that there is some romance in this novel but it isn't the main premise of the book. I rate this book 9 out of 10 stars. I enjoyed the book tremendously and definitely recommend it.
