Adam Gidwitz is truly an amazing author who put together the bits and pieces of storytelling and actual historical events to create a fantastically engaging novel. The Inquisitor's Tale is about three children; Jeanne, William, and Jacob; who possess extraordinary abilities. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys historical fiction.
