This book is about a girl named Ally who has a hard time in school (she doesn't have a lot of friends). When her teacher goes on maternity, she gets a new teacher. This new teacher discovers something that helps shed light on why she has difficulty in school. With this teacher's help, she gains confidence and makes new friends.
I liked this book. I think Ally is someone who you can identify with if you have trouble in school or don't have a lot of friends.
