The Invention of Hugo Cabret by Brian Selznick

Read a book that takes place in a country other than the United States.

If you could rewrite one part of the story, what would you change?

If I could re-write part of the story of The Invention of Hugo Cabret by Brian Selznick, I would re-write the very end because it is kind of cheesy and unoriginal. At the end of the story, (I won't spoil it) the main character writes the story you just finished reading. I would change that to an ending more like the one at the end of the seventh book of Harry Potter, where it shows what happens (only big events like marriage and births and stuff) in the next approx. 20 years. That is what I would change in I could re-write part of The Invention of Hugo Cabret by Brian Selznick.
