I do not like this book, because There is a lot of swear language in the book. this book is about a girl, who travels with her mother to America. Both are supposed to arrive to America, however Toussaint's mother (the daughter's mother), is taken by U.S immagration, leaving Toussaint alone to find her cousins, without her mother. This book talks about the journey that This young girl takes, trying to find her mother, while still struggling with the school and and family in America. This book is a extremley powerful book, that talks about the story of a girl who came back to America with struggles. The only reason I do not like this book, is because there is very strong language in this book.Hope you liked this book! :)
