If this book were set 100 years in the future or the past from when it takes place, what might be different about the plot, characters, etc.
I WONDER* if in a different place and time Auggie would be more welcome. Probably not 100 years in the past (one, people weren't more accepting back then. Two August might not even survive, how new is the type of medical stuff that helped him?). Maybe in the future more people would know more, and know to be nicer, or maybe not even be surprised at differences at all?
