Describe a part of the book that made you feel something strongly (i.e. something that made you cry, laugh, get really angry, etc.).
This is a book about a girl named Rye and the strangest things that have been happening in her village. In the book, the Earl's daughter Malydia tries to buy Rye's choker off her. Now, this choker is no ordinary choker, it has powers that can only be used by the people in Rye's family. When Rye refuses, Malydia decides yo act like a royal brat and tries to ask her dad to buy it for her. It has already been said that the chocker wasn't for sale. They do not succeed in the taking of Rye's chocker.
What got me angry was the Malydia thought since she was the daughter of the Earl, she is supposed to get whatever she wants and is aloud to act like everything is for her to take freely.
