Describe a part of the book that made you feel something strongly (i.e. something that made you cry, laugh, get really angry, etc.).
The Caged grave is about a girl Verity who has been betrothed to a boy who she has never met named Nate over letter. As the time of the wedding draws near Verity must travel to her birthplace and Nate's hometown Catawissa where she soon finds out that her dead mother and aunt have not been buried in a cemetery but outside the cemetery in a cage. Angry, Verity sets out to solve the mystery of why her mother and aunt have been buried in cages.
A part of the book that made me feel strongly was when many people in Catawissa gave Verity a less than ready welcome and she was almost alone in Catawissa with the exception of Nate, who doesn't live up to her standards.
