This book is about a boy who is scared of germs. He recently decided to stay at home and not go to school ever again because of all the germs there. He regularly cleans his room with sprays and cleaning supplies. He also frequently watches the neighborhood. He jots down the times of each activity and so he knows exactly what time and date one neighbor is going to trim the grass and the other is going to hang the laundry. Everything is planned out. Everything that is until one day his neighbor receives his two young grandchildren to take care of for the summer by his daughter. Matthew ( the boy ) seems to be the only one that notices how strange the children are. Teddy: the 3 years old grandson who tosses china dolls into ponds and Casey: the 5 year old who tosses her own brother ,Teddy ,into ponds. One day though when Teddy disappears everyone starts paying antention. Matthew has to team up with a chatterbox girl he met at a doctors appointment and overcome his fear of germs to get to the bottom of the mystery. This is an amazing book in my opinion and I hope you’ll think so too!
