I would recommend this book to anybody who likes science fiction. It is a great story about a earth in the future when the oceans have risen and some people live in skyscrapers and some people live at the bottom of the sea. The main character Ty has to stop a gang of fierce outliers or else he might lose his underwater home and be forced to be crammed into a tiny apartment with most of the worlds population as his neighbors.
