If you could ask the author/illustrator of this book one question, what would it be?
If I were to ask the author one question, I would ask her if things in this book were based off personal things in her life. I would ask her that because it would be interesting to hear where some of these characters came from. Maybe there were stories about people in the author's life that worked their way into the book. I would like to see how the two settings relate, if they do. I wonder if the author had a very funny joke in their life that they transformed into a joke in the book. In conclusion, I would like to ask the author that question to get more background story about the book.
