“The Call of the Wild” by Jack London is (Sort of objectively) one of the top 10 books of all time. It is about a dog that was captured to be a sled dog in Alaska’s gold rush. However, it is so much more than that. This book tells the story of a dog’s life, with touching moment on every second page and heartbreaking terror and torture on every other. Jack London weaves a story full of natural instinct and learned knowledge with a base story that will touch your hearts.
