Outrage is about a girl who ends up working with animal rights activists who do crazy things like break into buildings to keep animals from being harmed. they end up finding this fraud group of people doing crazy mind control experiments on animals and people. they go on a crazy mission to save everyone they harmed and to expose the criminals.
