Loot is a book about March and his father, Alfie who is a famous jewel thief. Marches life takes a turn when his father dies. His fathers last words to him are "Find jewels." So now March is on his own until he is discovered...
thats all I have read so far.
I would least like to be friends with Alfie because he is a thief and he dragged his son into thieving with him. I wouldn't want to be friends with a thief. But I would like to be friends with March because he doesn't really have any friends at the moment.
Right now the book is kind if boring, but I have a feeling that the book is gong to get more interesting.
If you could ask the author/illustrator of this book one question, what would it be?
I would ask the author what the moonstone handed to March by his father was for. Was it a clue or did Alfie know this was his last robbery and wanted his son to have a part in in?
