If you could ask the author/illustrator of this book one question, what would it be?
How did you come up with the idea of making this book? This book reminds me of the Giver, which is a world of no color. Did you use the Givers idea but, instead of no color you used something else such as no day or daylight.
So far the City of Ember is very good and recommend to anybody who likes mystery and adventure.
