What character(s) in this book would you most and least like to be friends with, and why?
Agatha and Sophie are readers from the village of Gavaldon. Every four years, two children, one good, one evil, get whisked away from their homes to the magic school for G&F, where they are in classes with kids born into fairy tale kingdoms. It is no surprise when Sophie, the pretty, kind girl, and Agatha, the brooding, goth, graveyard girl, are chosen. But when Sophie is put into evil, and Agatha into good, their lives change completely. I would most want to be friends with Agatha, a kind, smart, practical girl, because she understands love and kindness in her own way. I would least want to be friends with Sophie, though she tries to be good, because she is vain.
