If someone liked this book, what other books should they read?
This incredible book is the story of three kids and a professor, and their miraculous journey to Wangdoodle Land, a place of magic and surprises. But the Wangdoodle doesn't like to be seen, and he sends his assistant, the Prock, to try to stop them in every way imaginable. Will the Professor be able to fulfill his lifelong dream of seeing the Wangdoodle? Or will his hopes be crushed (along with his ribs). This is a funny, creative, imaginative book. If someone liked it, they should read Mandy, a slightly different, but equally good book, also by Julie Andrews.
