This book contains many stories that each have a lesson in them. Often the problems are between animals in the jungle. Lions and tigers are king and rulers of the forest. They're also ferocious killers. Almost every human is either a hunter or a rich, evil merchant. Friendships are made between wise animals that would gladly give their lives for one another, but many animals are tricked into being eaten. I learned many interesting things from these stories.
