The Unwanteds

The Unwanteds is a book that I read in only a few hours because it had such an engaging plot and interesting characters. It had an very fun plot in which the main character, having violated a law in his country against being creative, thinks he is to be executed. He is very surprised when he is whisked off to a place where being creative is considered a gift, and where he is taught to use his creativity as a weapon. The excitement accumulates to an action-packed climax. Another thing that liked about this book was that the author knew how to make it interesting and exciting at every part without making it overly action-packed. Overall, this was one of the best books I have read this summer and I think that almost anyone would enjoy reading it  -Milo
