The girl who circumnavigated fairyland in a ship of her own making by Catherynne M. Valente

If you like fantasy then this is a good book for you. This book is part of a series I am only at the second book in the series but I can't wait to get my hands on the third. The book is about a girl named September who is taken to fairyland by the Green wind. (You will only discover more about him if you read the book.) But before she can get to fairyland all the way she discovers the Green wind can't come with her. Then she is thrown into fairyland head first. The book is all about how she try's to find the Green wind but ends up in a quest. This book is like no other book I have ever read it tells you what is coming ahead but you don't notice! For example in one part the girl loses a shoe and the narrator tells us that it matters! This book is so unique that when you read it and people ask what its about you won't know how to describe it! This is why you should read The girl who circumnavigated fairyland in a ship of her oven making by Catherynne M. Valente.
