If you could ask the author/illustrator of this book one question, what would it be?
I would ask Erin Hunter where she got the idea for Bluestar's character. SPOILER ALERT: When Rusty/Firepaw is offered Bluestar's offer to join the clans, and he says why he was in the forest (hunting for fun, not need) she is SUPER hostile. But then when Firepaw gets his apprentice name, she looks at him with almost motherly pride. Why does she have such varying moods?
