The 2nd book from the Return to Titanic series takes Maya and Tucker back to the Titanic this time with a cup. They look the weirdest out of everybody and everybody keeps staring at them. Their old friend Liam's dad sees them and yells out that there are stowaways on the Titanic. This series is really good, full of suspense, if you like books that are full of excitement then you would love this book. :D

Liar & Spy by Rebecca Stead

Liar & Spy was a book about two kids. One of them is homeschooled. Georges has to track down someone named Mr. X who lives one floor above him. Safer starts asking Georges to do stuff that is starting to get out of hand. I really liked the beginning of the book but not so much the ending.

Black and White (previously titled Naughts and Crosses) by Malorie Blackman

What would it be like if racism was turned on its head? How would the Romeo and Juliet story turn out? Can they live together, or will they die?

A perplexing, intriguing story. I could not put this book down! At the end it does reference to some mature things but it doesn't go into detail. It is beautifully written and it really makes you think.

Also there is another 2 books, it is a trilogy.

What I Saw and How I Lied by Judy Blundell

This is an award winning book about a 15 year old girl named Evie (Evelyn.) All she wants to do is grow up fast and be like her mother. Her mother is overprotective and tells her, she doesn't have to grow up fast. Joe, Evie's stepfather comes back from the war and is drinking alot, and receiving annoymous phone calls. He suddenly decides to take a trip down to Florida. They stay in a hotel. One night Evie discovers that a high school dance is happening in the hotel ballroom, and dresses up in her mother's clothes to make her look older. At the dance she feels stupid and went out to the pool. There a man asks her to dance. Evie finds out his name was Peter, and he was an ex-GI during the war. Suddenly, her mom is taking long shopping trips, the Grayson's (a couple from the hotel) are fighting, and Evie finds herself right in the middle of it. This is sometimes a very, very, very inappropiate book.

Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson

I was sad when I understood what topic it was focusing on. I read this book from a recommendation and liked it. I just found out that there was a movies on it. This book is very relatable even if you have not been through that situation. It is not a super challenging book for readers.

Will Grayson, Will Grayson by John Green and David Levithan

This is rather an interesting book. The reason I decided to read this book was because of John Green. I had previously read The Fault of Our Stars (I recommend), a book that was worthy of my tissue box which had encouraged me to read Will Grayson, Will Grayson.

This book took me a bit by surprise. It is basically about two people named Will Grayson, same age, same state, different lives. The Will Grayson that writes like a human (uses Standard English Conventions) happens to have the biggest (physically) gay best friend in the world. That is one of the main reasons why I found the book interesting. It revolves around love between the same sex. It's not often you come across a book that portrays being gay the same as being straight.

The book deals with the difficulties of being gay. There are occurences where there isn't anyone like you, so you turn to the internet for love. Sometimes you find it, sometimes you don't. Sometimes it happens to be your "friend" pretending to be a non existing human who you happen to like. Sometimes you can meet the love of your life in front of a porn shop.

This book shows that love can exist anywhere, everywhere, with whomever. It is a book that I have not finished but a book that I like. So I suggest this book to those who are into characters who write funky (Will Grayson) and characters who write like humans (Will Grayson). Just kidding. I think that anyone who is looking for a little love, laughter, and a bit of hope can find it in Will Grayson, Will Grayson.

Violet Raines Almost Got Struck by Lightning: by Danette Haworth

In this book, the protagonist is named Violet Raines. She is happy just the way life is, until a new girl moves in. Now her best friend Lottie (Charlotte) is spending a lot of time with the new girl, Melissa. Also Melissa will do anything to make Violet look bad or embarrass her such as teasing her about her friend Eddie. This book is ok, not my favorite, but alot of you guys might enjoy it.

The Pact by Jodi Picoult

I finally finished this book, but part of me feels as though the story is incomplete. To me, it seems as though that Chris's life is worthless now that the girl of his dreams is dead while people still believe that he *SPOILER ALERT* is the murder even though he was declared not guilty. *SPOILER ALERT IS DONE* Anyway, the story had less of a twist then her other novels which is a relief. You can only read so much Picoult without being completely ruined.

On that note, I definitely recommend this book. It's a bit of a depressing read and it takes awhile for the real awesome action (when they are in court) to begin but it's worth it. So good luck and enjoy the book.

A Mango Shaped Space

This book was very interesting and was fun to read, because of the cat whose name is Mango. The main character named Mia, named her cat cat Mango because of the sound of his purrs. one thing I liked in this book was that I got to know more about Mia's family and I thought that was funny because the author Wendy Mass chose to make Mia the normal kid in this book and the rest of the family have a awkwardness in them.
