The Ghost of Crutchfield Hall by Mary Downing Hahn

The Ghost of Crutchfield Hall is a wonderful story based on fantasy. It tells about the life of a orphan that lived in a orphanage with a cranky caretaker. One day, her uncle she never knew she had opened the doors to a new start and invited her to live with him in Crutchfield Hall. When things start to look good, the little orphan meets her aunt and everything starts to go South. Then when it seems like nothing could make it worse, Sophia, aunties perfect daughter's past life comes back as a ghost. She starts to have mixed feelings of confusion and utter terror, not knowing whether she should be happy, freaked out or both.

"Uncle said the dead did not return. He was wrong." If that does not encourage you to read the book then I have no idea what will.

I say this book is good for girls it's about Rochelle Goyle, Venus McFlytrap. and Robecca Steam. They all become fast Ghoul Friends! They make friends with Frankie stein, and Frenemies with Cloe de Nile. The 3 GFFs uncover a plot to take over the SCHOOL!! it's up to Rochelle, Venus, and Robecca to find enough Ghoul spirit to save Monster High!
