I chose to write about what an important message is in the book. The important message from the book is that even if you feel like there's a lot of unkind people around you, there will always be good people who look out for you. For example, in the book Mr. Benedict talks about the children's journey and he says even though there was a lot of people who tried to hurt them, there were always people who helped them. He talked about an example where there was a person who sacrificed getting his position of power compromised. He did that just to make sure the children felt comfortable and not in pain when they were captured. In the end, I took away from the book that there may be a lot of unkind people in the world but there will always be good people to look out for you and help you in hard times.
