A boy named Russell who is from L.A who is one of the finest basketball player in the country standing 6'5. His parents has been murdered making him crazy. Now he claims to be Boy 21 and is crazed about outer space. He now lives with his grandparents who lives with Bellmont. Russell is going to be the Finley's shadow in high-school and now joined the basketball team. His life has been falling apart but in his journey, he make a really good friend on the way.
