Charlie Joe Jackson has managed to keep his non-reading streak so far. But because of this, his grades have been slacking. A lot. So his parents warn him that he will have to go to a reading/writing camp over the summer since his grades are down. So Charlie proposes that he shouldn't go if he gets straight A's.
