Describe a part of the book that made you feel something strongly (i.e. something that made you cry, laugh, get really angry, etc.).
Stella By Starlight is about a girl named Stella who lives in the segregated south. One part of this book that I really liked was the part when Stella's father and 2 other men go out to vote. The white man at the office is doing everything he can to get them not to vote. So, the men do a sit in and they wait for the man to let them vote. Then, one of them says "I am not a boy I am a man." This part makes me feel like I can do anything no matter who I am.
