Would you recommend this book? If so, who would you recommend it to, and why? If not, why not?
To be honest, I actually just started this book. Like, I'm only about 40 pages in. However, it's already enthralling and so interesting to read. Six Wakes is set a little more than two hundred years in the future, where cloning is a commonplace practice and is used to prolong the life of human beings. The book takes place on a spaceship with six crew members. The main reason why I love it is because it has a lot of mystery surrounding it, as you quickly find out that everyone on the ship was murdered. Their newly awakened clones have no memory of their deaths, or of anything after the ship launched. This becomes quite problematic when it is discovered that they've been on the ship for decades. I would recommend this book to any and all sci-fi/mystery fans because of the wonderful story.
